Christmas Inspiration: Vintage Pastels

Hello Again! For this year's Christmas nail art inspiration, I decided to go a bit outside the box! I've collected lot's of Pinterest images featuring vintage ornaments, white and silver Christmas trees and snowflake cookies in pastel hues. So pretty! I'm planning some fun manicures to wear over the next couple of weeks inspired by these images! I love to use unusual colour themes for Christmas decor as it changes things up a bit without going too far away from the overall Christmas vibe. And it's fun! Thanks for reading! Kayleigh :)

Jewelled Senses

Evening People!! Although today's manicure is inspired by Autumn, I chose rich and saturated colours in order to fit in with the current Christmas holiday vibes! I also used shimmery and sparkly nail polishes so this manicure is perfect for all those festive parties :) To start, I used Revlon 'Spidey Sense' which is a shimmery/metallic red with added gold shimmer. I decided to take a more abstract approach to my Autumn inspired nail art and ended up creating something that resembled some type of luxury tweed! Not quite what I planned but ended up loving it anyway :) I started this by painting all my nails in Butter London ‘All Hail The Queen’ , a beautiful shimmery pale taupe with delicate scattered holo. I absolutely love this nail polish, its understated but elegant and has a fabulous formula! I wanted this manicure to be all about those lovely Autumnal colours so I decided to use the dry brush technique. This involves wiping off most of the nail polish and then dragging the brush across the nail, creating a textured effect. I started with Butter London ‘East End’ (mustard yellow), Essie ‘Peach Side Babe’ (bright peach
